Wellness Check - $39
Confirm proper garage door and opener installation. Test safety reverse/pressure sensitivity. Lube. Program remotes/keypad if needed.
Service Charge - $149
Diagnose any reported problems. Perform basic repairs. Inspect all garage door and opener parts. Full safety test. Perform basic adjustments to the garage door, track, and opener. Tighten loose hardware. Adjust spring tension. Lube. Program remote controls/keypad/vehicle homelink.
Garage Door Springs (Residential) - $100 - $250
We charge a standard service charge + the price of each spring. No additional labor. All of the torsions springs we carry are “high cycle”, meaning that they are designed to last at least 20,000 lifts (and even longer in many cases). Spring prices vary depending on door height & weight, style of spring, and details of the installation. Most residential garage door springs are in the $100 to $200 range. Garage Door & Opener Repairs (General) - starting at $149
